Cosmetic Services

Below are services we provide for cosmetic dentistry.

Tooth Whitening

Tooth whitening also known as bleaching, brightens teeth that have become discolored or stained. Our office offers two take home systems for use at your convenience.

Bonding

Bonding can improve that appearance of teeth that are chipped, broken, cracked, stained, or have spaces between them. In bonding, tooth-colored materials are applied or bonded to the tooth surface.

Veneer

These are thin custom “shells” made to cover the front face of a tooth. Veneers are made of tooth-colored porcelain and used to correct spaces between teeth or teeth that have been chipped or warn, permanently stained, poorly shaped or slightly crooked.

Porcelain-fused-to-metal Crown

This type of crown has a combination of porcelain bonded to a supporting underlying structure of gold alloy that creates a very strong and durable protective barrier for a tooth. Crowns are sometimes but not always used to protect a tooth that has been treated by a Root Canal. The natural tooth structure is reduced to accommodate for the placement of a crown and the fit. A shade is also chosen for the crown for aesthetic purposes.

Fixed Bridge

A Bridge is used to replace missing teeth with artificial teeth, looks great, and literally bridges the gap where one or more teeth may have been removed or are genetically missing. A fixed bridge is placed by your dentist and cemented in your mouth.

Implants

Dental implants help to solve the problem of a missing tooth in a way that looks and feels very natural. An implant is an artificial tooth root made of titanium. The implant then serves as a base for individual replacement teeth, bridges, or a denture.
